Google Cloud Platform is certified under ISO 27001, SOC 2, and SOC 3. Data processing is based on Google Cloud terms of use and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EEA unless required for service functionality and secured by appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
7. AI processing
Agur uses artificial intelligence to generate source-bound answers. The following principles apply:
